RKS Mechatech provides engineering consultancy, plant and technical audits, cement and grinding-plant optimization, reliability and root-cause analysis, equipment design, heavy fabrication support, plant modernization, erection, commissioning, maintenance support and EPC project services.
We support clients from initial assessment and engineering through implementation, trial runs and performance verification.
Which industries does RKS Mechatech serve?
Our primary focus is on cement, slag grinding, mineral processing, material handling and heavy process industries.

Can you audit an existing cement or grinding plant?
Yes. We conduct structured technical audits for operating cement, slag and mineral grinding plants.
Depending on the scope, the audit can cover ball mills, separators, mill internals, gearboxes, bearings, fans, bag filters, conveyors, bucket elevators, air slides, lubrication systems, utilities, maintenance practices, energy consumption and plant performance.
The output is a practical, priority-based improvement plan rather than a generic report.
Do you provide root-cause analysis for repeated breakdowns?
Yes. We investigate chronic equipment and plant-performance problems using site inspection, operating data, maintenance history and structured root-cause techniques.
Depending on the problem, this may include Fishbone analysis, 5-Why analysis, Pareto analysis, failure-mode review and corrective-and-preventive-action planning.
Our aim is to identify the real reason behind a recurring issue—not simply recommend another repair.
Can RKS Mechatech help improve mill output and reduce power consumption?
Yes. We provide grinding-circuit assessment and optimization support for ball mills, separators, mill internals, grinding media, ventilation systems, circulating load, bag filters and auxiliary equipment.
The exact improvement potential depends on actual operating data, equipment condition, feed material and plant constraints. We assess these factors before recommending changes.
Do you manufacture industrial equipment?
RKS Mechatech provides equipment design, engineering, fabrication coordination and quality support for material handling, process equipment and heavy fabrication requirements.
Our product capability includes conveyors, bucket elevators, air slides, rotary feeders, rotary airlocks, chutes, hoppers, dampers, cyclones, ducting, silos, fabricated structures, separators, mill components, bag-filter systems and custom industrial equipment.
For project requirements, fabrication may be managed through qualified partner workshops, with RKS retaining responsibility for engineering, quality coordination, assembly support and client communication.
Do you undertake EPC and turnkey projects?
Yes. RKS Mechatech provides engineering, procurement coordination, fabrication management, site supervision, erection, commissioning and plant-stabilization support for industrial projects.
Our project focus includes cement grinding plants, mineral grinding plants, slag grinding plants, fly ash plants, material handling systems and related heavy industrial projects.
The final EPC scope is defined according to the project capacity, technical requirements, location, client responsibilities and commercial terms.
