Can you audit an existing cement or grinding plant?
Yes. We conduct structured technical audits for operating cement, slag and mineral grinding plants.
Depending on the scope, the audit can cover ball mills, separators, mill internals, gearboxes, bearings, fans, bag filters, conveyors, bucket elevators, air slides, lubrication systems, utilities, maintenance practices, energy consumption and plant performance.
The output is a practical, priority-based improvement plan rather than a generic report.
Do you provide root-cause analysis for repeated breakdowns?
Yes. We investigate chronic equipment and plant-performance problems using site inspection, operating data, maintenance history and structured root-cause techniques.
Depending on the problem, this may include Fishbone analysis, 5-Why analysis, Pareto analysis, failure-mode review and corrective-and-preventive-action planning.
